Marvel's vice chairman Peter Cuneo advised the press during a conference call on Thursday that the future of Spider-Man 4 is now up to Sony and that the likely release date would be in 2010 or 2011.
Cuneo added that Sony hopes to make the film "within a reasonable timeframe" and that they "may be looking at some issues with the cast and so on, I think they have to make some decisions."
James Vanderbilt (Zodiac) has been hired to write the script, but it remains unknown if stars Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst, as well as director Sam Raimi, will return.

i love spiderman so i want the spiderman 4 part is coming in teater as soonas posibal. i want see its 4 part..............
